This product lacks vitamin D3, making it ideal for reptiles and amphibians housed with proper UVB lighting setups. Important: Avoid using this supplement for animals without access to UVB lighting!

Usage Guidelines:

For optimal results, combine Rep-Cal with the vitamin supplement Herptivite in a 50/50 ratio when dusting insects or preparing salads.

To coat insects, place them in a plastic bag with a small amount of calcium powder and shake gently until they are lightly dusted, avoiding heavy coating. Then offer them to your pet.

For vegetables or fruits, mix in about 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of powder per pound of food.
